Gord Crawford, P. Eng.
With 30 years in engineering and project management, Gord was a co-founding partner of an EPC firm before joining Expander. He specializes in managing high-performance teams and now oversees the commercialization of Expander’s technologies.

Steve Kresnyak, P.Eng.
An engineer with over 48 years of global hydrocarbon industry experience, Steve is the inventor of Expander’s core process patents. His expertise includes gasification, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, and bitumen upgrading from his 30 years as a technical lead at Colt Engineering (now Worley).

Wayne Egan, P.Eng.
A founding partner of Colt Engineering (now Worley), Wayne has over 38 years of EPCM-EPC experience in the Canadian energy industry. He holds several patents and has extensive expertise in the processing and transportation of oil, bitumen, and natural gas.

Larry Haggar, P.Eng. BASc
With a career in the international oil and gas sector since 1971, Larry has extensive experience in plant design, project management, and commissioning. He was a partner at Colt Engineering (now Worley) for over 20 years and is now an independent investor in sustainable energy.

A co-founder of Expander Energy, John has over 40 years of international upstream oil and gas experience. He is a former Chief Engineer for Amoco Canada, a past President of APEGA, and currently serves as a director for several petroleum companies.
